"Hi Marilyn,
I just wanted to let you know that the one box arrived on Friday and the second came today.
I JUST LOVE EVERYTHING!!!! You can sure tell that you've packed a box or two in your lifetime. Everything was delivered without a problem - it was packed so well.

I was so excited unwrapping the little packages tied with a pink bow and pink tissue - so feminine - I love it! Someone else might have just thrown the cookie cutters in the box. To wrap the individual items as you do is so classy and so appreciated! It was like Christmas morning all over again! The mugs are adorable - I love the cookie cutters - the queen pins and frame are terrific and I'm so glad that I ordered the primer. But the Victorian teacups - Oh My God! They are so beautiful - I am so glad that I ordered both of them. They are going in my hutch this afternoon - right after I have tea!

Thank you again for such great packaging - aesthetic and functional. I am CERTAIN that I will be purchasing from you again in the future.
Thanks again so much." Debbie

How to Care for your China Tea Cups and Saucers
Hand painted, metal trimmed, or antique china should always be hand washed. Use warm, not hot, water with a mild detergent, since heat, harsh detergents, bleach and lemon may all cause irreparable damage to the finish. To protect your antique china when cleaning, line the bottom of your sink with a dish towel or rubber mat to provide additional protection from damage. Black or gray marks caused by metal rubbing against the china can be removed using a nylon scouring pad and a mild abrasive cleaner, such as Bon Ami. Only use an abrasive to remove these black marks, since the abrasive may remove metallic or other decorations if used elsewhere on the china. To remove tea stains from cups, use a solution of two tablespoons chlorine bleach per quart of water; soak for a minute or two, then rinse well. China with metallic trim should never be used in the microwave. When storing china, a protective layer, such as a paper plate, coffee filter, china cushion or napkin, should be placed between each piece for protection from scratching, chipping and breakage. China should be stored in temperature and humidity controlled areas to protect the glaze. Take your china out of storage at least once a year and wash the pieces to keep impurities from impregnating the glaze and keep the glaze strong. To remove permanent marker from the bottom of cups and saucers, gently rub in whitening paste toothpaste (not the gel type), leave it for a minute or two, then take a soapy, wet dishcloth (excess water squeezed out) and gently rub the marker stains. Gentle pressure and the stains remove very well!
